Global Factory Distribution
Haiqi's global network spans multiple countries and regions, with its worldwide headquarters located in Hong Kong, China. The company maintains overseas branches in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Brazil, and other locations. Additionally, Haiqi operates three major manufacturing facilities globally—in China, Malaysia, and Brazil—further solidifying its global influence in the eco-friendly energy sector. Haiqi's global manufacturing network is a crucial component of its internationalization strategy.
China Factory:
Global manufacturing headquarters located in China, serving as Haiqi's largest production base.
Malaysia Factory:
Located in northern Malaysia, currently under construction.
Brazil Factory:
Located in northern Brazil, currently under construction, representing a key strategic move for Haiqi's expansion into the South American market.
Haiqi employs over 150 staff members across its Asian operations. Leveraging their specialized expertise and extensive experience, they provide robust support for the company's global business initiatives.
Chinese factory
As the headquarters of Haiqi's global manufacturing operations, the China plant serves as the company's core base for production capacity and technological R&D. Spanning 48,000 square meters, the facility is equipped with advanced production machinery and automated assembly lines, specializing in the manufacturing of biomass gasification systems and pyrolysis systems.
Annual Production Capacity
Biomass Gasification Systems: 100 units
Pyrolysis Systems: 50 units
Annual Output Value: Approximately $70 million USD
Chinese factories not only provide high-quality products to global customers but also drive Haiqi's leading position in the environmental energy sector through continuous technological innovation.
Malaysia Factory
(Under Construction)
A brand new plant is currently under construction in northern Malaysia to further expand into the Southeast Asian market. The plant, estimated to cover approximately 10,000 square meters, will focus on the localization of biomass gasification and pyrolysis systems to meet the region's rapidly growing demand for clean energy solutions.
Annual Production Capacity
Biomass Gasification Systems: 30 units
Pyrolysis Systems: 25 units
Annual Output Value: Approximately $25 million USD
The construction of the Malaysian factory will enhance Haiqi's supply chain capabilities in Southeast Asia and make a positive contribution to local economic development and employment.
brazil factory
(Under Construction)
To accelerate its expansion in the South American market, Haiqi is building a large factory in northern Brazil. The factory, covering approximately 100,000 square meters, is a key part of Haiqi's global strategy. The factory plan includes a biomass pyrolysis CCHP (combined cooling, heating, and power) power plant and an equipment manufacturing plant.
Annual Production Capacity
Pyrolysis Systems: 50 units
Annual Output Value: Approximately $300 million USD
The completion of the Brazilian factory will significantly enhance Haiqi's influence in the global clean energy sector, while providing advanced environmental energy technologies and solutions to the South American region.
Looking Ahead
Through its global manufacturing footprint, Haiqi has not only achieved international production capabilities but also further solidified its leadership position in the eco-friendly energy sector. Moving forward, Haiqi will continue to drive technological innovation, deepen its global business expansion, and contribute to the world's clean energy transition.
Leveraging the core manufacturing capabilities of its Chinese facility, the regional reach of its Malaysian plant, and the strategic positioning of its Brazilian operation, Haiqi is steadily advancing toward its goal of becoming a global leader in eco-friendly energy solutions.
